3. Chip liquid cooling: It is used to dissipate heat for high heat flux density devices such as cpus and Gpus (heat flux density > 100 W/cm²), such as cold plate microchannel liquid cooling systems for supercomputers and data center servers.
4. LED heat dissipation: The heat from the LED chip is transferred to the coolant through microchannels to prevent light attenuation (such as in outdoor large screens and car headlights).
